The one-coat polyester coating which offers the traditional characteristics of glass flake reinforced systems with additional benefits. This enhanced material can be applied by airless spray to achieve a dry film thickness of 750-1000 microns in a single coat. Rigspray is a product of the company's continuing research and development program and has been produced in our laboratories for use with hot sea water and oil. Samples of this lining which were immersed in sea water at 140°C were unaffected after 6 months with no loss of hardness, gloss or bond to the substrate. |
