Used worldwide, Raci Patented (HDPE) Spacers are the solution to your
electrically isolated pipeline cased crossing problems. Through
innovative design, RACI is able to offer multi-element fully polymer
spacers which:
- Ensure full electrical
isolation between carrier pipes and
 sleeves
- Have low friction
coefficients-taking the effort out of carrier pipe installation.
- Are permanently resistant to
chemical corrosion – no metallic bolts
- Have high strength and
durability – resistant to both mechanical and thermal shocks and
stresses caused by operation or construction
- Are equally applicable to bare
and coated pipelines
- Are fast and easy to both fit
and adjust requiring no bolting
The flexible design and assembly of
RACI patented (HDPE) Spacers also means that any given spacer element is
suitable for a larger than normal range of pipe diameter

Monolithic insulating joints are
offered on a big variety of range, diameters from 1/2 to 100
services pressures up to 1.000 bar and higher, temperatures form
-60°C to 200° C. and consumable metallic materials (carbon steel,
stainless steel, copper and alloys).
As for that concerns fluid and pressure seal system,
Projoint
have been using rectangular or upside-down "u-shaped"
gaskets (enveloping the seal spacer) for decades with purpose of
avoiding the possible inconveniencies caused by traditional
"O-ring". |
